Responsible

• Action, manage and monitor diaries
• Screen telephone calls and take messages
• Monitor all emails and correspondence and ensure they are actioned effectively and appropriately
• Respond to emails as directed
• Draft letters/reports as directed
• Arrange internal and external meetings as directed
• Advise the team of decisions as directed and whether their input is required
• Liaise closely with the team and advisors to the team to ensure requests are actioned promptly and answers given to the relevant person within deadlines
• Attend any relevant meetings to understand the issues and accurately record and action follow up requirements
• Manage the Marketing Assistant/Database Manager (Sponsorship)
